How and What to Report
If you believe there are concerns about possible wrongdoing or improprieties, you can report them through the following whistleblowing channel:
Please provide as much detail as possible in your report, ensuring it includes the following information:
i. Name of whistleblower
ii. Contact information of whistleblower
iii. Name(s) of person(s) involved
iv. Description of the incident (including date, time, location, and actions/behaviour)
v. Evidence of impropriety(ies)
vi. Any other information that may substantiate the incident
To facilitate effective evaluation and follow-up, the whistleblower is strongly encouraged to include their name, email address, and contact number in the report, so that further clarifications can be sought if necessary. All reports will be treated confidentially. Anonymous reports will be considered at the discretion of iShine Cloud Limited.
